Default Rough start / Sputtering

When I first start up for the past two days my truck sputters. It seems like you have just changed the fuel filter type of sputter. I have not had awater in fuel light. I did open the drain a few times today just in case of some water. I already have PSD in my fuel. Once you start it up and get going it stops. I do not know if it is the lift pump or water in the fuel. I do have a tool box / fuel tank combo. I hope may be a little condensation was in it when I filled up last. I always fill up in the combo box due to it also is filtered giving my fuel two fuel filters to pass through. With that said I do not think it is trash. Plus I just changed my filters 900 miles ago. Any thought's??

try this. . .set the bully dog box to stock. . .drive it for a day, then return it back to what ever software load you used.

Drew, I have returned it to stock and will give it a try. What do you think is going on with that?

It could also be air in the fuel line. If you have an aftermarket pump like a FASS or Walbro check the lines on the intake side of the pump.
