Brotha diesels don't have throttle plates and therefore no TPS. Why do you think you need a TPS?

Should be burried underneath that plastic crap on your vp 44. I think a couple plastic screws holdtheplastic coveron. Its really not a TPS, its anAPPS (accelerator pedal postion sensor)

Yeap... I paid $427.00 for mine about 6 months ago... Yeah it sucks but there isn't any other replacement or alternate part. I checked with Auto Zone, NAPA, and a bunch of small part houses and NOBODY has a listing for a APPS or (TPS Generic) for the 1998.5 to 2002 Dodge Cummins... Its a DEALER ONLY part...

Sorry dude...

the attitude monitor connected to my juice module reads my throttle position, and when it doin the dead pedal thing my monitor says its reading the tps correctly, meaning (for example)at 75% throttle position, my attitude monitor displays it right where its at... @ 75% so it cant be the tps right ? and when i start the truck and its cold, and sat over night it idles a tiny bit rough and blows out the white smoke (not enough fuel) untill about 130*...its gotta be the freakin pump! damnit i just want it to be ok so i dont have to pay 2000 for a pump...i can get the 1300$ stock output vp44 but i hear the hotrodvp44 is better
