PLEASE pray with me to the mileage Gods
on the gasser side our programmers say you can get better mpg but you have to run prem vs reg so you wind up paying the same.
I pull my 10k lbTT at a conservative 60-65mph, getting 13-14.5mpg.

Well, once the weather starts warming up and staying dry, I'll be on my scoot a lot more than usual thats for sure.

this brings up a good point... what is your intake setup like? I found during all of the commute testing that once I put back on my flap next to the radiator mileage went up approx .5 mpg. It isnt recoreded in the data as to when i did it but if you look at it you should be able to see about when I did it.
Ok... Give you guys an good idea... Like I had to doa trip to Council, ID from my place. It's roughly 50 miles to Council, ID from my place. There is grades to climb and elevation change from 2,800 to 4,500 feet roughly. Lots of rolling hills and valleys. Current temperature is about 35*F (Remember denser air burnsbetter also creates more wind drag!). I set my cruise for 55 MPH. From Tamarack Mill down to Council is winding road and to try to keep my throttle even as much as possible I drop to 50 MPH so I wouldn't have to cancel and resume the cruise control all the time... But as I rolled in the drive I look at the CURRENT TRIP MPG and saw...
(Yes that white stuff is snow falling!)

Yes its possible to get good fuel mileage out these trucks you just really got to watch the pyro closely. theHIGHIER the pyro the MORE FUEL your dumping in the cylinder. Really simple! If you keep the pyro below 600*F 20+ MPG can happen rather easy. On the trip above my average temp was about 500-600*F the whole trip (excluding grades 800*F).
