So lately I've been helping my roommate to rebuild a motor for his car. (1982 280ZX) He decided to paint it as we put it back together so I got the idea to paint my valve cover since we are waiting for a couple parts to come in. Anyway here are some pics what do you guys think?

looks good! now you just gotta paint everything else to match! did you use reular auto paint? will it stand up to the heat?

 

Duplicolor makes a high heat paint. I was thinking about doint the same thing to mine.

 

I used the 500 degree engine paint.
