I have a 07 Dodge 4x4 with the 5.9 and six speed and it is far from gutless. I pull my 14k camp trailer and have pulled 20k trailers. The truck I had before this was gutless 00 Dodge 2500 4x4 360 gasser and a auto try one of those out then you will know what gutless is. My truck has no muffler or cat and a few bolt ons and will out run my friends 07 5.9 charger up to 70 mph. I also have a friend who is a service manager for a chevy dealership and they have had alot of probs with the particulate filter plugging up. I am happy with my dodge esp since it was 20k cheaper than the overpriced competitors, alot of truck for the money.
