JMHO, I wonder if we'll see him again. I was stationed in Smell Paso in the mid 70's and a guy from our unit was caught bringing marjiuana back from Juarez. All they could do then was take him food and a blanket once week which was stolen from him almost every week. As far as I know, he's still there!!

You hit the nail right on the head with that one. Lower Enlisted- it is his fault. We dont want him anymore. SSG and above- He made a mistake, he is released before the sun sets. The Army is not gonna jump through hoops for a Specialist.

 

Yep that's why they send 16 marines in for a downed pilot. LOL.
