Just bought Diesel $4.49 per Gal. in Florida
well. . .another thing is alot of the cost is being past down to all of us that pay retail. . .the large trucking companies usualy negotiate fuel prices for millions of gallons of fuel with companies, here in the Atl, Marta just signed a contract with some fuel company, not sure which one, but when the numbers crunch out they are paying right at 98 cents a gallon for #2.
that post I posted about the truckers strike, I wish it did happen, would wake up this nation. Everything in your house came by truck at some point.
The A in marta stands for Americans right? LOL
98 cents, that just shows you how the price is so over inflated.

makes sense only 3 digits left of of the decimal. Can't blame em even with 300 gal tanks it would have to be 3.33 a gal and wyn those pumps were put in that would have been unthinkable.
Mayfair you simple simple man, dont you know that when the heating oil demand goes down, the magical summer gas costs more and then once we go back to winter gas the heating oil demand kicks back in. LOL.
Also the increase summer gas usage bs, I would love to see our oil consumption in summer vs winter. When a family of 4 is on vacation they are in one veh, so nobodys driving to work or school so how much more gas can be used. Also why does it just cost more because demand is up. The supply increases as well as I have yet to see a gas station run out of gas.
FTW Texas needs to secede.
Also the avg commute to wrk is around 20 miles, so 40 a day, times 5 days, times two parents = 400 miles driven a week by the parents and if the kids both go to the same school just 10 miles away that another 100, so the family already drives 500 miles a week plus prolly an easy 50 miles on the weekend.
