Going to go and have a look at this tomorrow ...

just my .02, go with a buick park ave or a pontiac bonneville, they're cheap, they have the 3800 and 440t4 tranny combo, it's not unusual to see them with north of 250k on the clock, they just run forever and get upwards of 28-30 mpg on the hi-way. You can pick either of them up in the 98-2000 year range with 120k on them for 2k in these parts.

ramit, i hope those aren't the sisters you were were talking about... but if they are, i guess i understand why you make them stay in your doghouse
yep my two story only has 1inch ply as well. i know cause me and my buddy went looking for lumber while my house was being built, initially we were gonna grab scrap, but then saw some ply that still had metal wraps, didnt have any snips so we carried the stack of 3 about 30 yards to his truck, that was bitch....

Oh dude. Don't waste your money of a *** Wagon. I can think of a better cooler way to spend 9 grand. 2 words, Harley and Davidson. You can get a brand new base model Sportster 883 for $6,695. Hell, a Sportster XL1200R starts at $8,895. The 883 is the cheapest Sportster, and the XL1200R is the most expensive. The 883 fuel mileage is 45 city and 60 highway. Think about what you are about to do. Now wouldnt you rather be seen on a Harley than a *** Wagon? Cheaper, brand new, and its a Harley.

Ok, now that wee've got THAT base covered, the ONLY reason why I don't / can't ride them all of the time is that I need to carry tools with me that I can't carry on my bikes. THAT is why I was looking at the XB's. They apparently get good mileage ( 30 mpg in the city ), I think they look cool, they're Toyota engines which should hold up for quite sometime, and once customized they're pretty badd ***.
I went to look at that one yesterday. It had some dings and dangs and was a little dirty inside, but that can be cleaned up.
Here's where it get's weird though ...
I fill up on my way home, and my Ram got 17.4 MPG !!! That's the BEST it's EVER gotten since I've had it. I don't know if maybe the guy didn't fill it up all of the way, or towing my trailer last week cleaned it out, but 17 is AWESOME for me. Now I'm debaing the whole 2nd car purchase thing again if I can get 17 all of the time.

Hey Mayfair, how do those directionals not scrape? I'm getting ready to move mine on my new Glide to the forks, but I like hiding them down there.
And maybe you're getting summer blend diesel to boost the mileage some.
I moved the turn signals down there I'd say about about4 years ago. Since then, I've had to replace 1 entire turn signal ( hopped off of a curb ), and countless lens covers. I have them siliconed on, yet every once in a while I'll rip one off. It's not the most economical chioce for locations, however I think it looks pretty cool. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to ask.
As far as maybe it's the summer blend - maybe - however I thought that they had switched that over weeks ago. I guess I'll know more at the next fill up.
