It's gouging and I think it is very appropriate that the local news should warn against getting gas there. At the same time, this is America, and unless he's a monopoly, the owner has a right to sell his product for however much he wants to. Of course, we can all choose not to be his patrons...

as soon as I asw it was right next to an airport, it hit me, and it also said in the article, it costs a heck of alot more for the rental place to fill it up as opposed to going to that place.
however once again we do live in a free market society. if you dont feel like spending money there. . .then go else where.

Walmart lowered the price to 3.99 couple of days ago. 4.67 everywhere else round here. And to think I got lucky saving .68 cents, it still cost me $104 with about 1/4 tank left. We look at 4.99 being expensive for gas but won't be surprised if it exceeds it.
