Default remote start

i have a 2005 6spd manual cummins

im lookin for a remote start before next winter.
the guy at the local place sugested a python 872p

will this work along with the wait to start light??
has anyone used this remote start?

You can't put a remote starter on a manual. I'm sure you can buy one for an automatic, disable the clutch switch and make it work, but you'll regret it the first time you forget and leave it in gear and it drives off down the street with out you in it.

My buddies got one on his ford psd manual. Not sure what brand it is but it works with the wait to start lamp. He has to go through a special procedure each time he shuts it off if he wants to start it up with the remote start.

I use a remote start and yes, there is a configuration to use that works with the heat screen
