Mayfair, do you remember in Parts/Service's truck show post the truck with the hood stack that you liked? If you did it like that with down pipe turned up, you could have it fit into a piece of pipe permanently mounted on the hood.

a hood stack is not that hard, just turn the down tube 180* and add in a few bends up to the hood, then cut a hole in the hood about 1" larger in diameter, slap on the stack and your good. just make sure the tube from the turbo extends about 1-2" into the stack mounted on the hood.
however there is something else to consider, local ordinances about where the exhaust can exit the vehicle. most laws dont like the exhaust exiting the vehicle infront of the cab.
