What does the T/H do ? A friend said his just changes the shift points in his 05 but doesnt think it does in my 06 , does it hurt the fuel milliage , I pulled my 8000 lb 5th wheel down to south of Perioa Ill. 350 mileshalf in OD & half in T/H Mode seemed to pull fine in either. 85 degres that day is there any problem either way

Tow / Haul adjuststhe shift points up higher in the RPM range, increases line pressure and locks the TC in 3rd gear, rather than waiting until late into 4th gear.

Before I changed the tranny, I almost always drove in T/H mode. The shifts were much more "truck-like" and with the TC locking in 3rd, the mileage "should" be slightly better as you are actuallyputting power to the groundand not just turning it into heat by spinning the TC.

According to Steve's meticulous calculations it will also give you better mileage.
