Only way you'll get it to lope is with a cam change.
The only reason for lope is becaue you are running a cam that is setup up for HP at HIGH RPM. The lift and duration is very high.
Doesn't really fit the profile for a diesel that runs at less that 3200 RPM. Also, this kinda hurts your compression.
Most of those lopey, gas cams are set for power up above 4000 RPM.
The only reason you would want this in a deisel is to lower the compression for using VERY high boost or LOTS of nitrous.
