20000miles and 4 Ball joint time
Truck has never been off road,, towed alot and carried alot,, but at 20000miles all four ball joints are done..
check yours guys,,,
I have 40000K on truck and look after it big time,, when I was greasing the front shaft last night I decide to check the front out and sure enough at least 1/2" of play in both top and bottom on drivers side,I did not bother checking the passenger side out( just assumed it would be the same if not worse ).
Not sure but I think I will need to talk to my banker about replacing all four,,, OUCH !!!!!!!!!
any one else with an 2007 3500 Dually 4X4 and need ball joints ????
truck is in sig

Unless they are more then 0.90 of play Dodge will not pay to replace them. Based on what I have read and been told they are allowed to have that much play and once they are over .90 then will pay to replace them. The .90 (decimal point nine zero, aka 9/10 inch of play) is not a typing error. If you can get yours to replace them go for it and feel lucky.
