Was driving my truck today and my Edge started acting funny, it wasn't displaying current readings

 

Hello Jay. Could you stop writing in invisible ink, makes it hard for the rest of us to read.

 

I wish....this forum and its errorsare starting to **** me off.

 

We all feel the pain, and my only suggestion is to write a little at a time, and just keep editing your post.

 

Did you already check all your connections?

What do mean by current? Was the screen going completely blank or just missing info?

 

The duramax guys are complaining about that today also. Wonder if its heat related...

I doubt its heat.........mine runs down in this Georgia / Alabama heat just fine.

If it`s throwing a CEL, I`m betting it`s one of the connections is not fully seated.

What code is being registered when the CEL came on?

Did it jerk again or did it continue running okay after that?

 

Ran fine, not hot here, can edge check codes?
