Beleve it or not, I actually thought about doing this in my truck but on a slightly smaller scale.
Thank god I decided not to and just did a little slow climbing that day!!!

here is the link sorry for not posting it in advance. There wasn't that much speed just the perfect ramp. It was about a 30ft run before the ramp and 4 high power brake and release to get the required speed. Before the brews I wanted to just test clearance, but the land owner was concerned about his dirt so I waited until he had many cervezas and I some too resulting in bad decision.

yeah I didn't think it was that bad. all of the seals and the bearings are do to the housing exchange. The only visible damage was the housing and the leak from the left axle seal, and the right was just starting to seep. The axles themselves are not bent so that will save some coin. I had to buy a 1 11/16 socket to remove the axle bolt today before I can tell if the unit bearings are toast. I also sank the truck about three weeks prior and had to winch myself so I am seriously looking at unit bearings if they are bad if not I will run them then upgrade to the locking hubs.
