A/C clutch harsh when engaging
Short post due to forum bug... Truck sits 3 or 4 days a week now, AC clutch makes harsh grinding noise when first engaging. Should I take it in to have it looked at or is this just because it's sitting?

I didn't see any know issues with the 2007. I did see a Tech tip from 2005 that says
"If the issue is a clunking noise when the compressor is first engaged on a 5.9L diesel engine, verify that the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is at the latest software level."
Don't think that this applies to a 2007 but It cannot hurt to make sure the PCM is up to date...

Any news on the "June Flash" everyone was talking about? I doubt it's out yet but thought I'd hijack my own thread.
