tell them that the duracrap is different from the rest of the diesels.

they have to pull the intakes to test. so they should remove theirs and cleam them out just in case! besides, maybe the factory left some "red dye" there from assembly !


just figure you know to buy the best. so why argue with an idiot??

lets just say that they (DOT) did check somewhere other than the tank...can they prove that you were driving ON the hwy when you were burning the dyed fuel?

so what is red diesel.
Calif gov Arnold owed taxes on his home brewed bio diesel for his hummer, a NC state senator had back taxes as well from his home brew. An old man owed 1,000s for his. Since then calif nc Ill and tx (as well as a few others) have removed taxes on home brewed diesel.

And yes bigriver aint too far off. If you fly your US registered private plane into the US they can dismantle it to every nut and bolt (to look for narcotics guns etc) and then leave it on the runway and not pay a dime to put it back together. Although I'm sure if the guvmint built a plane it would fly backwards and upsidedown.
