south east of phoenix in the Queen Creek area, they have been dippin tanks for a year. itsa major cash cow for them.

Oh no, they aren't dippin tanks, they are taking off your intake and checking it for red dye.

It is the best fuel I have ever used. I am not gonna say where I got it from, but I got great mileage out of it.

Isn't that red fuel still LSD, and not ULSD?

It's what ever the fuel supplier gets and puts red dye in. I buy mine at the fuel distributor in town and he says everything he gets is LSD, including the red stuff.
