We don't hire contractors, at least the engineering department doesn't. We are a 100%, or close to, in-house company. We even make our own brake rotors! That way when the customer calls with a concern we can assemble the design, test, integration and component engineers as well as the guys who routed the UUT through testing all the way to shipping. PM your resume if you want to pursue this any further.
