Default your first mods

ihave a new (new to me) diesel. 99 dodge ram 2500 ctd 4x4 automatic with 115k miles on the clock. it's stock. rolling some ideas around in my head. exhaust has always been the first thing i've taken care of on a car. So when ya'll first got your truck what was some of the first few mods? what mods do you have now and are you happy with it? anything you would do diffrent? I'm going to start modding mine within a couple months. i'm going to be picky and choose parts that work well with each other.(thats what i hope for anyway)..the programmers are jibberish to me(research still in progress) [sm=pcwhack.gif]i

gauges and a new lift pump set up! the stock lift pumps are JUNK!!! when they go plan on spending big money because they usually take the injection pump with them. it is cheap insurance to put an airdog or fass system on and then not have to worry about it! also make sure you have a fuel pressure gauge so you know that you have over 5 psi.

I am keeping mine stock and as soon as I get it paid off I will start with rims/tires and a 3-5" lift kit. For now I am sending extra payments toward the principal to knock it off faster. I seea lot of people spending some serious cash on mods and then they can't afford the car payment.

Id say the first two things that need taken care of are gauges (with a fuel pressure gauge) and a lift pump.

Starting to sound a little repitious.

First thing I did was recon smoked cab lights and line of fire light bar. Then exhaust, then the headlights. Then the Tires and lift. Next is DPF delete and Edge J w/attitude.
