So here it is. I'll do a write up and post a link to the document. Took about 4 hours. Bottom line: You NEED to remove the manifold and turbo together. The write up will explain.

well u can remove the turbo while letting the manifold there but the 2 bolts are harder than the 2 nuts on the studs since u dont get much room
