I went to my tire guy and got on his computer to look for tires, the pickings are slim in a 305/65/r17 from what he has at his sources. I can get BFGs for $175 a tire. I can get the Pro Comp Xtreme ATs for $192 a tire plus $10 shipping for the 4 which isn't bad.

 

Yup...not much in that range to pick from. What I really wanted was a 295/70/17 in an E load range.

 

you will be happy with the procomps... mine have 75k or so on t hem..

 

 

let me know how fast they come and how you like them.... i am planning on doing the same exact tire as you within the next week or 2 and i got a buddy with the same truck looking for the same set of tires so we are going to order them together and 4 wheel parts beat the best price i found by $10. i plan on going with them but i just have to wait for my buddy to come up with his part of the money...
