ok i have a 95 2500 cummins, going down the highway doing 60/65 mphim running 2200 rpm is that normal?? i have no data tag on the rear end so i have no idea whats in the rear end, any ideas

Honestly that sounds a bit high. The only way to find out is to jack the rear end of the truck up, and get counting wheel vs. drive shaft rotations

mine stock with 4:10's was 2200 @ 70mph.

Mine 1900 RPM at 69 MPH. You got 4:10's or your tranny is without overdrive or stuck.

yea i can feel it shift in to overdrive is there a chance that the clutches are slipping while im in overdrive

Maybe your torque converter is not locking up. While cruising, completely let off the gas, if the RPMs drop a lot then your converter is probably not locking up properly.
