Default cold idle

When I leave work and get stuck at the first red light I notice the car has a small vibration/hesitation for a split second. The rpm gauge stays rock solid and does not move but I can barely notice the vibration for a split second every 10-15 secs intervals until I resume driving. It does not do it again till the next day again.

Anyone? anyone anyone?
