Default Hard to start when engine is hot.

I need some troubleshooting advice.
My 1999 24V is difficult to start when the engine is hot. When I first get in the truck in the mornings it fires right up, but after driving a bit if I turn it off and then try to start it acts like it doesn't have fuel. After cranking 10~20 seconds it does start. If I let the truck sit 4 hours or longer after driving it always starts right up. There are no diagnostic codes. My VP44 is about 3 months old and I'm running a FASS system for the lift pump. I'm showing plenty of fuel pressure before the VP44. Anyone havea idea as to what is causing my problem? Thanks,

I do not have a solution but whould also like to know how to fix this. My 99 3500 24valve is doing the exact same thing, FASS and new injector pump about a year old and new Edge jammer injector tips. Does anyone know what might be wrong and/or a fix to this problem.
