Default Tires Rubbing

I got my 35 inch pro comps on and they are rubbing. I got the 2 inch hell bent leveling kit, but they still rub. I was under the impression that you could run 35's with a leveling kit.I trimmed my fender wells up but they still rub a little bit. Is there anything i can do to get a little more lift to help the rubbing.

Are you on the stock rims?? Rubbing is caused by the back spacing on the rims for the most part.

I ran 35" pro comps on stock rims and they did not rub one bit...went to a different 35 on different rims and they rub like an SOB now.

Mine rub too. On the Lower control arms. Get different wheels, or go to a smaller tire. Your tires were not rubbing on the fender wells.

I have pro comp wheels with 4.75 backspacing. The tires arent rubbing the control arm they rubbed the plastic fender well so i trimmed it up a little bit. Now they dont rub if im on flat ground turning all the way, but if im backing out of a driveway they will rub a little. What i am asking though is there another way to add another inch or so lift to the front along with my leveling kit to help with the rubbing.

I dont know if there is a safe way to add more lift to the front without getting a full suspension lift. I have the Skyjacker D25 coils up front. Look into those, and then a 1 inch front spacer. Or you can save the $$$ and get a 4 inch lift or so.

josh which leveling kit did you go with?

You can use a 1" isolator if you used a kit that did the initial 2" with spring or pm me. I have my old 3" leveling kit which will give you the extra inch you are looking for. This kit will utilize the stock springs. it is a bucket system.
