Default Pretty sweet!

I had somehting really cool and unexpected happen yesterday.
I finally scratched together a hundred bucks that the wife would never find out about or miss, so I decided it was time to get the hot unlock code for my Juice.

After work I went over to Edge (I live about 5 miles away from thier headquarters) on my way home from work to give them the money for the code. I have dealt with them a couple times before to get upgrades and what not, and the customer service has always been very good.
I took in my completed unlock release form and I told the lady what I wanted, she gave me the code. When I got my wallet out, she said "no charge". She said it didn't cost them anything, and she just gave it to me.

I don't know if it was because I was still in my uniform, or because I know one of the sales guys that work thereI didn't know he worked there until I came through the door and he saw me and made it a point to come tell me hi (he and I were in Iraq together last year).
Anyway, I thought it was pretty bitchen that she did that for me. Let me say this though, I have no idea if anyone else does or will get the same treatment, but I am extremly happy

Since I can't tell my wife, I had to tell all of you.[8D]

Congrats and thanks for serving! Be careful with that hot juice, could be a tranny killer.

So how do you like it?

Did you notice a huge difference or what?

I haven't really played with it much. I did leave 4 pretty good black marks on the street in front of Edge's building since they are in a business park that hasn't filled in yet

I am afraid I'll toast my clutch if I play with it too much. I am to Vegas this weekend in a caravan with several guys I work with, one of whom keeps talking smack about his '02 Cobra. I'm looking forward to playing with him on some of the deserted stretches of road on the way down.

I hope I can find someone in Vegas that can give me a one day turnaround on resurfacing my flywheel and machining the hole for the pilot bearing to accept the sealed bearing upgrade I got with my OFE. If so, I will put the new SB clutch in while I'm in Vegas. Everyone I talk to here either says they can't do it or it will take a week[:@]
