Default 2007 ram 2500 trans slipping when cold

i have a 07 2500 with 5.9 cummins with 22000 miles and when the truck sits for a couple of weeks the truck wont move for a minute or so when first put in gear...after that everything seem ok...is there something to worry about

Hey beech23,
No, there is nothing to worry about, if its slipping when its all good and warm, thats something to worry about.I usually service my transmission between 35000-50000 miles
just for good measure. I have been very fortunate with all my vehicles and have not had any transmission failures, i did have one slip but the car had 200,000 miles on it, well worn out.
