Default 97 Ram 5.9L starting issues

Hi guys, I have had trouble starting my Ram. I found out that it was the fuel shutdown solenoid. It wouldn't pull up by itself with the key in "on" position, but would stay up if I turned the key on and pushed it up. So, I replaced the starter, fuel shutdown solenoid, and fuel shutdown solenoid relay. But it still won't pull up when in the "on" position. Any ideas what could be causing this issue still? Thanks in advance.

Mike

Check to see if you are getting power to the relay and solenoid...

I have power to the red/black wire of the relay(i believe it's the switch side, but none to the coil side of the relay) and to the green/black wire to the solenoid. I applied power to the ground(black) and the middle wire to the solenoid(forgot the color) and it pulls in the solenoid. So I guess I need to find where the power is supposed to come from to energize the coil side of the relay.
