HI, I'm new to this forum, but was a member a few years ago.
Anyway my 06 2500 qc with an 11.5 diff has lost the hardness in the gears and is failing. The truck has 48,000 miles. The driveshaft lost it weight at 40,258 causing a pretty good vibration. Anyway the warranty is up and dodge wants me to split a 3500 dollar bill to fix the differential . I think this is a load of crap with all of the issues surrounding the am differentials. I am interested in anyone who has had or does have one of these diff's that has needed repair. I would like to get testimonials or a copy of the repair order less names or personal info so I can present it to Dodge or the dealer to bolster my case about these crappy diff's. My 01 with a dana axle never had these problems. My 2004 had the same issues with it. Ant help would greatly be appreciated. Thank You
