Lightbulb Smarty + FASS 150 = MPG?

I have been running my new FASS and smarty now for the past 3 weeks and love it. The best fuel economy I have got so far is an average of 23.8mpg from fill up to fill up, with the Smarty on level 3!!! The fuel saver did nothing but poor fuel economy of 17.6 mpg. I will stick with level 3 on the Smarty for now. What is everyone else getting?

I'm averaging around 15.5 useing an Edge Comp box, but I'm in the city. You country bumpkins will get better mileage than me.

I'm pulling about 16 in town on level 3 with the Edge and around 23 on the highway... way better than I should be getting with 37"s

It really is almost to good to be true since I put the addition on the cummins. Since my last fill up I have done 90% city driving and I am getting 18.6mpg. Before the FASS and the smarty the best I ever got on the highway from fill up to fill up was 18.9mpg. Hopefully it stays this way.
