I've got a '95 CTD dually, regular cab, 2WD, almost 228k, some rust, the usual dings/dents, power windows, locks, mirrors, seat. Also has cruise, tilt, A/C, 100 fuel plate, killer dowel pin fixed. 5" straight exhaust was put on last winter from the turbo back. New starter last year.
The bad: will need 2 front tires eventually, a throttle cable (current one is fraying), auto trans feels like its' getting worse, & there is an oil drip from (I believe) the front cover on the engine. Its' also a bit wet around the injection pump where the high pressure lines go on. Also it has a valve cover gasket or 2 puking.

Would also come with a nicer rear bumper, a set of "spare" (shot) tires & rims, 2 brand new front brake rotors (still in the box) & 2 much nicer front doors that have some dents. & whatever else I had laying around for it...

I was going to ask $3500.00 for it if I ebayed it. I paid $5000 for it a little over a year ago & when it had 205k.

Sounds reasonable to me. I'd ask more and let someone talk you down. Or in ebay terms put a buy it now for $5K and set the reserve at $3.5K. See what you get.

 

Well I threw it up on evilbay tonight for 3500 minus the doors. Guess we'll see what happens...

 

Man if I could get this tire kicker to come through and buy my 92' half ton 4x4.I would be on that truck for the farm.Oh well another decent work truck will get away
