I have my truck back. I now have a super 40 holset, with all the supporting mods for more boost. The 4" turbo doesn't spool as fast as the old one. I looked at the waste gate. It has a threaded rod, but no way to adjust it. I was thinking I could put a manuel boost controler on the hose, between the waste gate and the turbo, to restrict the flow, so the waste gate stay closed a little longer. What are your thoughts? Will this allow the turbo to spool faster too?

 

Anyone know about boost on this turbo??????
