Smile Does water/methanol help MPG?

I have an 08 2500 Ram with a 6.7 CTD. My question is; Will adding a water / methanol injection system improve mileage? I plan on keeping this truck basically stock. The people who sell these devices are talking about 10% potential MPG improvement. Does anyone out there have real world experience that they could share? Also, what blend of water and methanol are you using? One manufacturer claims that you can get good results with 100% water. Thanks in advance

you are going to see an improvement because you are adding an additional fuel at aditional expense. The main reason for these kits is to cool egt's while towing or racing. plus the extra power is nice.
