Default Best tuner for my truck??????

i have a 05 ram 2500 and i wanted to know what is the best programmer for the money... i was thinking about superchips cortex


could yall give me some feedback on what yall use compared to other products yall might have seen in action

mostly i want it for speed and for pulling power for a camper....

there are a few im looking at

predator
superchips cortex
hypertech
power pup(bully dog)

Myself, I would go with a smarty. A smarty jr will keep EGTs in check and will be easy on the tranny, the smarty sr. is good if you plan on throwing more go fast stuff at your truck as it has many settings to grow with addition of other aftermarket stuff.

Be cautious of programmers that add fuel(pressure) they are hard on injectors, a programmer that uses timing with "some" fuel pressure programming is best.

I had the Diablo sport predator, that thing made a lot of extra power. I liked it and would recomend it.

I have the Edge Juice with Attitude. Very happy with it and it has tons of safety features. And plenty of power.

I use the smarty jr. According to manufacturer can tow at any setting (40,70,100hp) up to factory tow rating with no temp issues. This is what sold me on it. I tow a 13,500+ fifth wheel at the 100hp setting with no problems at all.
