Have anybody try to put a open wastegate on their truck

 

You don't want an open wastegate. The wastegate on your turbo automatically opens to prevent overboosting of the turbo beyond what is considered safe for the turbo. If you have an open wastegate then the turbo will essentially be open at the wastegate location and you'll just be loosing boost instead of gaining anything.
