Default Tirepaq

So I bought superchips tirepaq today.. plugged it into the OBD port, went to read the vehicle, and can not detect that the ignition is on.. Im a little pissed, cause everything seems to be right, but it just wont read it. And of course Superchips is closed when i need to call.

I only bought it because my dealers up here wanted between 100-130 bucks to recalibrate it. Which is bs because there is no labor. I had one 4x4 shop tell me it would be about 400 bucks. But at this rate it might be worth going to the dealer.. Anyone have a suggestion?
