Default so lemon?

have a 2008 6.7l and is at the dealer for the 4th times for the check engine light. It seems to be something with the O2 sensor. Was just replaced and has been happeneing every 1200 miles then bling light on. With NY this is their last attempt to fix then it falls into the lemon law.

Anyone else have this issue and lemon law the truck? or did they fix it and how?

Good luck with that. Unless you get a lawyer, Dodge will mess you around.

There is a TSB that is supposed to fix this problem. Not sure about NY, but in GA. it has to be the same exact problem 4 times for lemon law to start...

ok dealer has to call dodge to see what to do. Think it will just clean the turbo system. I see from here that once this is done it will come back right away. Is this true?

I've had it all done. I had them buyback my 07 and upped to an 08. Still having the same emmision problems with the 02 sensors. They drilled my turbo for cleaning solution to clean turbo, didnt work, changed and or cleaned sensors a few times and this last time wrapped a heat blanket around the exhaust before the filter to keep heat in for the burnoff. a blanket with 2 hose clamps holding it on. Looks like crap. I think next light I go to the lawyer. I have 10000 miles and have been in with this one around 7 times. I have everything dates, conversations, from both trucks and all paperwork. Love the truck but cant be at dealer all the time.

ok my truck is in for the 4th repair right now. So in NY if it happens for a 5th time I file for lemon law. I just wanted to see if anyone had this process work successfully. I have not taloked to anyone that has. One guy I spoke with just had teh turbo cleared and on his way from the dealer the light came on
