I believe this http://www.mwfi.com/VP44.htm is where many people have bought theirs. How's your lift pump? If it hasn't been replaced, now would be the time to do it. MWFI is offering a pretty good deal on a VP44 and FASS package.

Does the fass system add any power to the engine itself? im sure the kit with the 95 gph and stock pump will do fine. any other input on the matter?

And before i spend 1500 bucks is there any way i can condem my injection pump?how bout i try and tell you all what it doing and ill get your opinion. at this time im getting two codes(1689 and 1693). It started when i left work (18 deg f out) 3 mile up the road when i reached 70 mph then bam like i lost fuel, droped ten mph now. it got on its feet turbo spooled back up and there again, all the way home for 30 miles. Not as bad when it warmed up but when i parked it when i got home and let it sit she didnt fire back up. so i changed the fuel filter and blead the system and installed new lift pump that i had layn around, ahhah! it starts but same old problem and same codes. its 45 deg today and it pops anywhere 30 mph to 70mph, more if there becomes a strain on the engine. any help or questions would be gratful thanks again you guys

is your engine oil pressure gauge showing oil pressure?

Codes:
1689 - oil pressure control solenoid circut malfunction
1693 - turbo charge control circut malfunction

have you tried disconnecting the negative cables on both batteries and letting it sit for 1/2 hr then reconnecting, to reset computer?
while you have the negative cables off why not take the positives off and clean the battery posts and cable ends, clean the areas where the negatives attach. Give them a good cleaning. Many have had problems with poor performance and goofy codes only to clean up the batteries and cables and have the problem go away.

this may or may not solve the problem but its worth the effort if it does
