my fuel pressure is good anyother time..when i idle its 10-13...the only time it gets low is when i turn my chip up to level 5..i cant hold it to the floor because pressure goes to zero and my egt gets anywhere from 1100 to 1250

sounds normal to me... the higher you go the more fuel gets used dropping the pressure. get a better lift pump and you wont drain the rail. the egt's dont sound to high either.

1200 at the exhaust manifold is just getting hot. 1200 after the turbo is too hot. Where is your egt probe at?

1200s nothing. Hitting that for a short time wont hurt anything. I bury mine at 1600 just getting on the interstate...its when you SUSTAIN high temps that things start to melt...
