Default 1995 low cab heat

Have owned truck since new and now have no control of air duct in cab. vacuum is good but mixer won't direct heat, defrost, or dash heat. I am plowing in to the dash this weekend. Anybody have this issue.

sounds like the blend door is broken, common problem. It only works in one position and you cant change it right?

sounds like it. Won't do anything but defrost. In other positions you hear a change but get nothing out of other vents. Guess I will search for blend door. Any tips please feel free.
