Default Block Heater Cord

I need to replace my block heater cord (the old lady drove away with it plugged in) but am having trouble accessing the nut that secures the cable to the element. Are there any tricks to getting to it? It is on the passenger side of the motor next to the turbo and behind the oil filter blacket.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Merry Christmas

I found it easiest to get to by laying on the ground and doing it from underneath. Good luck I know from experiance what a pain it is to get to.
