Default 04 3500 ram dually steering problem

Backed out of parking space , started forward and a terrible noise suddenly appears. Noise originates from the steering, while wheel straight no noise. It a pulsating noise while turning wheel. Got home looked under hood, all appears normal, no leaks, hoses looks fine fluid level full. Turned wheel and a loud noise and the two hoses from power steering pump to rear of brake master cylinder pulsating badly. Today to take to stealer for repairs, moved rearward a couple feet and a loud noise all of a sudden, no power steering and NO brakes. Fluid appears to be coming from power steering pump and running down side of oil pan. Any ideas what has happened fellows ?
