My 98, 5.9 24 valve Diesel has a vibration that lasts 3 sec then smooth 3 sec on and off. It only seems to happen in neutral. Not in park or in drive. It seems to stop if I bring up the RPMs. It also stops if the truck is rolling in neutral. Like when I cost to a stop. I just had the auto trans rebilt and I dont recall it before hand.
