Who has the best deal these days? I am looking at the A/T Xtreme 315/65/17 Load E tires.

Thanks,

that's the fastest I've ever heard of them wearing... what kind of pro comps?

I had the 305/65/17 xtreme a/t on my 1500, and put about 20000 miles on them, and they looked brand new, like I just put them on. A few other guys in here have put them on, and loved them..

but, yeah, I got mine when they were buy 3 get one free as well. I think I got them from 4 wheel parts wholesalers. I think they get that sale a couple times a year

pro comp xtrem at's.... 94k miles, been on/in shallow mud, snow, ice and a little bit of sand (semi-hard packed) and they have never let me down. they have survived bad ball joints, bad CAB's, & loose steering... when I get the ball joints done I expect they will last at least another 7~10k putting the total miles on them over 100k. Best tire I've ever owned. (previous were bfg's (suck) bridgestones & toyo OC AT's... all on various 4x4's)

there are 2 guys on ebay that sell them, both offer a pretty good deal.

I have done a lot of research on getting new tires for my truck and I will not buy anything other than Pro Comps Xtreme series :-). I would like to get the Mud ones but the A/T should be just fine.

I would expect the MT's would not last quite as long as the AT's, Off-Road Magazine did a test on the MT's and they looked like they were getting about 40~45k out of a set. I dont recall if they were E rated or not which may make a difference on tread life.

I have heard bad things about the procomp tires. I personally have had great luck and mileage wear w/ maxxis buckshots and goodyear mtrs

well now you can say you've heard some good things as well... everyone who's run the xtreme AT's loves them and has had no issues with them. search the forums for feedback on them.

I've got the MTs and have put 16k on them. They were on the truck when I got it so I do not know actual mileage. The ony one that has really worn was the drivers/front and that corner had a bad hub. I would expect to get 50k out of a set pretty easily.
