Default low budget mods???

im looking for cheep to do mods on a 1994 dodge automagic 4x4 looking for a little more power and some sound and i was looking a the wast gate and it dont look like its moving the way id think it would and how to adjust it and the silancer ring in the turbo...and how much play shuld there be in the impeler on the turbo cause i had the intake off today and it has a little bit of play up and down so im not sure

You can either buy a fuel plate, or grind your own. And adjust it. Theres a couple things you can do. Removing the silencer ring doesnt add power, just allowsyou to hear the turbo whistle a little more...
