2006 A/C noise

On a day I require the A/C he first time I turn on my A/C that day there is a loud thump at the passenger side of the small radiator in front the large radiator.

Normal?

I've heard this a lot of times when starting trucks on the lot that have been siting for a while.Also have heard brand new ones do it when doing the new vehicle inspection.I would'nt worry about it.
