i know this has been answered before, but i'd like to ask it again. where is the lube nipple on the front drive shaft, i would like to find this for my own knowledge so i can do it without going to a shop, thanks in advance.

well it finally stopped raining and i was able to get underneath and find the fitting, how much should the fitting take? does it lube the shaft or just the joint, thanx.

It just lubricates the joint. Two pumps of the handle of my grease gun is what I do. Extra grease will just end up on the underside of your truck.
