Default loss of power steering

I lost all power steering today on my 06 3500. I still have power brakes though, and there is still the proper amount of fluid in the resivoir. wtf? I installed a leveling kit and some bigger rubber a while ago then installed a steering box brace after getting sick of the death wobble... I have probably put on 10k after putting the brace on. Anybody have any ideas? gonna look into it further tomorrow but I was hoping to get some input first.

If the hydro-boost still works that makes me think the PS pump is working.
Other than a collapsed/plugged hose it must be a steering box valve issue.
Definitely not common.

I forgot to mention that i can hear a quiet sort of hissing when i try to turn the steering wheel, it almost sounds like it is coming from inside the cab.

Power steering pump is on it's way out. This was happening to mine. When sitting still and turning the steering wheel, I would hear the noise and the steering would be hard. Start rolling and steering got a little easier. Breaks felt fine. Lasted for a few months and then completely went out. Just moving enough fluid to power the breaks and some steering. New PS pump from Dodge ~$270.
